Athletes will receive the following skills during training: Strength & Conditioning, Basketball Fundamentals, Ball Handling, Footwork, Speed & Body Control, Defensive Techniques & Agility Boys and Girls 5 to 18 years
Monthly sessions includes one scheduled one hour session per week for a total of 4 sessions each month
A single session is one scheduled session purchased individually.
